Students signed up to research a birth defect. They were then taken to the computer lab were they had the rest of the period to find out what the birth defect is, what causes it to occur, what the characteristics are, the effects of it on the baby, and what treatment options or cures there are. They will be presenting these on Monday and have about 2-3 minutes for each person to present their information.
