October 19th
Students discussed the importance of critical thinking and discovered ways to build and use critical thinking skills. Students learned about current research being done on dementia and Alzheimer's and what they can start doing now to help prevent the disease later on in life. Students were shown 3-D images and were also given brainteasers to work on over the weekend. Answers will be provided to the students sometime next week. There is a prize for the student who has the most correct. Also, students will be meeting in room AT 113 (foods room) on Monday and Tuesday of next week for some group activities dealing with critical thinking.
